The Regional Assessment Team from the Department of the Interior and Local Government has started the tabletop validation of the Angeles City Government for the 2023 Seal of Good Local Governance at the City Planning and Development Office Conference Room.
DILG VI Aldwin Reyes, Emp, LGOO V Fatima Lalu, LGOO IV Isaac Joshua Macabali, and Civil Society Organization Representative Noel Macabali are serving as evaluators.
Angeles City Mayor Carmelo ‘Pogi’ Lazatin Jr. accompanied the department heads and officers-in-charge in presenting their accomplishment reports.
Also present during the validation is DILG Angeles City Director Yvette Cosio.
The Seal of Good Local Governance (SGLG) is an award, incentive, honor and recognition-based program for all LGUs and is a continuing commitment for LGUs to continually progress and improve their performance.
