Mabalacat City Mayor Cris Garbo, assisted by City Councilors Liza Pineda, Cherry Manalo, Carlo Dizon, Marjorie Sambo, Jerry Magsino, and former ABC President Totong Mendiola, led the distribution of Social Pension (SocPen) to 435 senior citizens from barangays Mabiga and Mawaque.
A total of 309 seniors from Barangay Mabiga and 126 from Mawaque received the SocPen.
