The BCDA and John Hay Management Corporation (JHMC) renewed their partnership with Rustan Coffee Corp. (RCOC) for the continued lease of Cottage 661 in Camp John Hay, which currently houses the first-ever Starbucks branch established in Baguio City.

BCDA Executive Vice President and COO Gisela Z. Kalalo, JHMC President and CEO Marlo Ignacio Quadra, and RCOC Store Development Vice President Enrique Lopez signed the lease contract for the 897.5-square meter property, with ample open space for the planned development of a parking space for Starbucks customers.
