Leaders from the private sector, government, and academe came together at the International Real Estate Federation’s (FIABCI) annual International Forum to explore the evolving global real estate landscape and spotlight major Philippine developments.

A key highlight was the presentation by BCDA Vice President for Investment Promotions and Marketing Erwin Kenneth Peralta, who outlined transformative infrastructure projects in Central Luzon. He shared updates on the North-South Commuter Railway, set to extend to New Clark City by 2029, and the continued expansion of Clark International Airport—both positioned to drive regional growth and investment.

VP Peralta also emphasized the rising potential of New Clark City, where government facilities and research hubs are taking shape, as well as industrial opportunities in Camp John Hay.
