Central Luzon Corporate Center Head Assistant Vice-President Bowditch Mercado said the company has grown since its foundation 63 years ago and has expanded to be able to provide its services to more people in the country.

“Through the guidance and vision of our President and General Manager Romulo I. Delos Reyes Jr., we are now opening our Central Luzon Corporate Center,” Mercado said.

He added that in line with its commitment of making its products and services easily available to the ever growing number of clientele and stakeholders in various places of the country, Stronghold has put up a vast network of regional and branch offices strategically located in key cities of the Philippines.

The company was able to create a name in the insurance industry as a dependable provider of a variety of non-life insurance coverage. It was able to withstand the pecuniary effects of the huge losses brought about by natural causes that struck the country through the settlement of legitimate claims filed with the company.

Stronghold Insurance Company, Inc. takes pride in its accomplishment by being a financially stable entity. Proof of this is the steady growth of its net worth over the years of its operations. Its Paid Up Capital as of December 31, 1980 was Php4 million that has grown by leaps and bounds to about Php700 million as of December 31, 2018.

With a paid up capital of Php2 billion as of 2023, Stronghold is the third highest insurance company with such paid up capital.

The insurance company also holds Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities, actively supporting charitable activities that assist the marginalized and less fortunate to cope with the pressing basic needs of life.

“With these initiatives, we remain steadfast in our obligation of providing dependable risk coverage through prudent and sound business practice coupled with technical expertise as it approaches its Diamond year,” Mercado said.
