  • Severe Winds: Up to Signal No. 4 may be raised in coming days. Strong to gale-force gusts expected over Luzon and parts of Visayas and Mindanao due to the Northeast Monsoon.

  • Mariners of small vessels are advised to stay ashore.

𝐓𝐑𝐀𝐂𝐊 𝐀𝐍𝐃 𝐈𝐍𝐓𝐄𝐍𝐒𝐈𝐓𝐘 𝐎𝐔𝐓𝐋𝐎𝐎𝐊

  • TINO is moving westward and may make landfall over Eastern Samar or Dinagat Islands by late November 3 or early November 4.
  • Expected to intensify into a typhoon within 24 hours and could reach super typhoon category before landfall.
  • Likely to cross Visayas and northern Palawan, then exit to the West Philippine Sea by November 5.

Public and local DRRM offices are urged to prepare for heavy rains, strong winds, and possible storm surges. Stay alert and follow advisories from PAGASA and local authorities.
