iQor, the world’s most sought after outsourced customer support & BPO option, celebrated its year-end party last Sunday, March 3, at the CDC Parade Grounds in Clark Freeport.

Some 1500 iQorians from iQor Dasmariñas, iQor Iloilo and iQor Clark dressed up in their black and white glam outfits played fun games like bingo, showcased their talents, danced, dined, wined and partied the night away and were treated to posh raffle prizes.  Themed “A Winning Pair”, the celebration, which is a partnership between iQor Philippines and Capital One Auto Financing (COAF) was led by officials 

Outstanding employees were also recognized.

The festivities were led by COAF’s Steve Braskamp, Liz Seeligson, Mark Matz, Kate O’Neill, Kevin Cox, and Chris Burdick, and iQor’s COO Marty Lehtio, Tom McCormick, Mark Johnson, Stephanie Rhay and Odi Agenmonmen.  

According to iQor COO Marty Lethio, “iQor is all about the people that work in our company. Because the most important thing is to give our employees a wonderful experience and to give back to the communities they live and work in.”

Lethio stressed that “if we make our employees happy and want to work for us, we produce great results for our customers.We make our customers’ customers happy, because our employees are happy.”

The program was hosted by Senior Operations Manager Bennylee B. Bondoc and Compliance Supervisor KC Faraon.
