Three drug suspects were arrested and over โ‚ฑ580,000 worth of suspected shabu was confiscated in separate buy-bust operations in Tarlac City and Olongapo, according to the Police Regional Office 3 (PRO3).

In Tarlac City, police operatives from the Station Drug Enforcement Unit arrested a 45-year-old drug-listed individual alias “Tot” in Brgy. San Isidro Ablang around 1:03 a.m. on Tuesday, July 23. Authorities seized 59.56 grams of suspected shabu valued at โ‚ฑ400,006, along with marked money, boodle money, a mobile phone, cash, a pouch, and a green Toyota Corolla.

Meanwhile, in Brgy. Pag-Asa, Olongapo City, two individuals on the Street-Level Individuals (SLI) watchlist were caught in a separate sting. Police recovered 26.52 grams of suspected shabu worth โ‚ฑ180,342.80.

PRO3 Regional Director PBGEN Ponce Rogelio I. Peรฑones Jr. lauded the successful operations, affirming the unitโ€™s commitment to dismantling drug networks across Central Luzon.

โ€œThese accomplishments show our relentless pursuit of a drug-free region. We will not let up,โ€ Peรฑones said, urging public cooperation in reporting illegal drug activities.
