Tay Tung of Western Visayas is gunning for a third straight national title as the Rebisco Volleyball League (RVL) National Finals 2025 kick off this Saturday at the Ynares Sports Arena in Pasig.
The Thunderbolts face stiff competition from nine local challengers and two foreign teams, promising a high-level showcase of volleyball talent. Making their national finals debut are Immaculate Conception Academy (South Luzon), Davao City National High School (Southern Mindanao), and Holy Trinity College (Central Mindanao), each looking to leave a mark on the big stage.
Returning contenders include USJ-Recoletos (Cebu) and Linao National High School (Leyte), both aiming to improve on past podium finishes. Meanwhile, National University of Nazareth School (NCR), Iligan City National High School, De La Salle Lipa, and California Academy make a comeback after missing the previous edition, bringing proven talent and rising stars to the court.
Adding international flair, Persatuan Bola Tampar Sarawak (Malaysia) and Perfect Set (USA) will join the preliminary rounds before competing in the RVL Invitational Finals on January 23–24.
