Police Regional Office 3 (PRO3) has deployed 645 newly graduated Patrolmen and Patrolwomen to various Police Provincial Offices (PPOs) and City Police Offices (CPOs across Central Luzon, significantly bolstering frontline manpower and police visibility in the region.
Before their deployment, the new officers underwent proper orientation on PRO3’s 3Ps—Protect the People, Pursue Peace and Order, and Promote Professionalism — ensuring that their duties in the field are guided by people-centered, lawful, and professional policing.
PRO3 Regional Director PBGEN Ponce Rogelio I. Peñones Jr. underscored the importance of strategic manpower distribution, especially amid heightened security demands during the holiday season.
“Ang deployment ng ating mga bagong pulis ay mahalaga upang matiyak na ang bawat yunit ay may sapat na personnel strength upang epektibong magsilbi at magprotekta sa ating mga kababayan. These newly graduated Patrolmen and Patrolwomen, already grounded in the 3Ps of PRO3, will further enhance police visibility, responsiveness, and operational readiness across Central Luzon,” Peñones said.
The additional personnel are expected to strengthen crime prevention efforts, law enforcement operations, and community engagement, particularly in areas with manpower gaps and high operational demand.
The move aligns with the PNP Focused Agenda under Acting PNP Chief PLTGEN Jose Melencio C. Nartatez Jr., supporting priorities on enhanced police operations, efficient resource management, and stronger community support through the effective deployment of personnel.
Through this initiative, PRO3 reiterates its commitment to maintaining a capable, visible, and people-oriented police force—guided by the 3Ps and dedicated to safeguarding peace and order throughout Central Luzon.
