Around 1,500 residents benefited from the successful staging of the KADIWA Store ng Bigas 3.0, which offered affordable rice at ₱20 per kilo, allowing each beneficiary to purchase up to 10 kilograms.
The program was held at the Bebe Matua Covered Court and catered to residents from Right Bank barangays.

The initiative was made possible through the coordination of Danilo Guintu with the Department of Agriculture and the Provincial Government of Pampanga, in partnership with the Provincial Public Employment Service Office (PESO) and the Provincial Agriculture Office.
Local officials said the activity is part of continuing efforts to provide accessible and affordable rice to families in Masantol through government support programs, especially amid efforts to ease the burden of rising food costs.
