224 Mexico residents receive medical, burial aid

A total of 224 residents received financial assistance for medical and burial expenses under the Municipal Government of Mexico’s assistance program, led by Mayor Rodencio “Ruding” S. Gonzales and Vice Mayor Dr. Jonathan R. Pangan.

The financial aid, funded through the municipality’s public funds, forms part of the local government’s continuing commitment to return essential services to residents through programs supported by taxpayers’ contributions.

Joining the payout were Councilors Vince Balajadia and Allaine Ramos, while the Municipal Treasurer’s Office, in coordination with the Office of the Municipal Mayor, supervised the orderly distribution of the assistance.

Mayor Gonzales emphasized that every peso from the municipal treasury should directly benefit the people of Mexico through programs that have a meaningful impact on their lives. He added that, together with Vice Mayor Pangan and the Sangguniang Bayan, the local government remains committed to ensuring that public funds are managed responsibly, transparently, and for the welfare of every Mexicano.
