A total of 356 households affected by flooding in Barangay Buas, Candaba, Pampanga, received relief packs on September 17, 2026, through assistance from the ABS-CBN Foundation – Kapamilya Foundation.

The relief distribution was facilitated by the Candaba Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (MDRRMO), headed by MDRRMO Head Michael Dan V. Sagum, in coordination with Punong Barangay Alfred Gonzales, the Barangay Council, barangay health workers, and barangay staff.

The assistance was distributed at the Buas Barangay Hall, providing essential relief to families affected by the flooding.

The Candaba MDRRMO expressed its gratitude to the ABS-CBN Foundation for its support, as well as to local barangay officials and personnel for helping ensure the orderly and successful distribution of the relief packs.
