A total of 432 registered tricycle drivers received ₱5,000 each in cash relief assistance from the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) to help cushion the impact of rising fuel prices.

The subsidy was distributed through the initiative of the local government unit, led by Danilo Guintu, in coordination with the national government to support members of local transport groups.

The payout was held in Pabahay, Bebe Anac, providing immediate financial relief to drivers affected by increasing petroleum costs and helping sustain their daily livelihood.
