Angeles City Executive Assistant V Raffy Angeles, representing Mayor Carmelo ‘Pogi’ Lazatin, Jr., led the ribbon cutting ceremony, and was joined by Converge ICT Solutions Vice President and HR Operations head Robert Bayani, Regional Manager for Central Luzon Jon Sagmit, Small and Medium Business Enterprises head Blue Aldridge, and Sales and Effectiveness Admin Group’s Jan Michael Meneses.
