In a surprise announcement during this morning’s flag raising program, Mayor Cris Garbo named former Vice Mayor Christian Halili as his new Chief of Staff.

The announcement came shortly after MCG presented a citation to Halili in grateful appreciation of his exemplary service to Mabalacat City.
