A 33-year-old man listed as the Top 8 Provincial Most Wanted Person and Top 1 Municipal Most Wanted Person was arrested during a manhunt operation in Barangay San Isidro, San Simon, Pampanga, at around 2 p.m. on November 1, 2026.

The suspect was apprehended by police operatives through a warrant of arrest for violation of Section 3 of Republic Act 10883, or the New Anti-Carnapping Act of 2016.

The warrant was issued by the Regional Trial Court Branch 46 in San Fernando City, Pampanga, on October 27, 2026, with recommended bail of ₱300,000.

After being informed of the reason for his arrest and his constitutional rights, the suspect was brought to the San Simon Municipal Police Station for documentation and proper disposition.

PCOL Ricardo M. David said the Pampanga Police Provincial Office would continue intensifying its manhunt operations to ensure that wanted individuals are brought to justice and peace and order are maintained in communities.
