Angeles City Mayor Carmelo “Pogi” Lazatin Jr. on June 26, 2024 arrived at the Malacañang Palace for the awarding ceremony of Walang Gutom Awards 2024.
President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. will lead the said awarding of Top 10 from the 17 national finalists.
The Angeles City’s Walang Plastikan: Plastic Palit Bigas Project is among the national finalists of the Walang Gutom Awards 2024.
Joining Mayor Lazatin at the awarding ceremony are City Social Welfare and Development Officer Edna Duaso, City Planning and Development Officer Engr. Nilda Quito, Environmental Management System Head Francis Pangilinan, and City Nutrition Officer Francis De Guzman.
