Senator Bam Aquino received a detailed briefing from Pampanga Fourth District Representative Anna York P. Bondoc-Sagum on the widespread flooding that has affected an estimated 69,000 families — or roughly 300,000 individuals — across eight towns in the province.

The towns impacted include Macabebe, Masantol, Sto. Tomas, Minalin, Apalit, San Simon, Candaba, and San Luis.

Joining the briefing were Minalin Vice Mayor Rondon Mercado, San Simon Mayor Jun “JP” Punsalan, and Pampanga Police Director P/Col. Eugene Marcelo.

Following the meeting, Senator Aquino distributed relief goods to affected barangays as part of ongoing support efforts.
