Philippine Airlines is 2nd Most Preferred Airline in Southeast Asia

Philippine Airlines (PAL) has been named the 2nd Most Preferred Airline in Southeast Asia in the 2025 Flyers’ Choice Awards by AirlineRatings.com, a respected global platform for airline safety and product reviews covering over 385 carriers worldwide.

The awards are based on thousands of verified votes and passenger feedback collected since April 3, 2025, recognizing airlines by region and across categories such as Best Cabin Crew, Best Uniform, and Greatest Peace of Mind. The rankings reflect real traveler preferences, making them a credible benchmark in the aviation and travel industry.

PAL President Richard Nuttall expressed gratitude, saying: “We thank the voting travelers for this special honor, reflecting the trust and satisfaction that all of us in Philippine Airlines strive to earn from our passengers by delivering friendly service, safety, and the genuine care that comes from the heart.”

The recognition adds to PAL’s growing list of accolades in 2025. Earlier this year, PAL was named the Best Travel Brand in the Philippines and second in Southeast Asia by Campaign Asia-Pacific. It also ranked among the Top 10 Best Asia Pacific Airlines and earned the title of the most punctual airline in the region, posting an 86.07% on-time performance in April 2025, according to Cirium.
