PNP Chief PGen Nicolas D. Torre III visited the Bulacan Provincial Police Office as part of his push for faster emergency response, targeting a 5-minute response time nationwide.

During his command visit, Torre oversaw the turnover of key assets including 24 motorcycles, a Toyota Rush, 100 handheld radios, 25 drones, and rice assistance. Bulacan Governor Daniel Fernando pledged full support from the provincial government to help realize the goal.
In Pampanga, City of San Fernando Mayor Vilma Balle-Caluag also contributed to the initiative by donating 18 smartphones to local police, complementing the 455 radios earlier procured by PRO3 Regional Director PBGen Ponce Rogelio I. Peñones Jr.
“With LGU support, we strengthen our ability to respond quickly and serve more efficiently,” RD Peñones Jr. said.
