The Tourism Promotions Board (TPB) Philippines, the marketing arm of the Department of Tourism (DOT), is set to hold the 15th Regional Travel Fair (RTF) in Tuguegarao City, Cagayan, from August 15 to 17, 2025.
The three-day event will spotlight the natural and cultural treasures of Region 2, aiming to boost tourism in Northeastern Luzon and connect it with the Cordilleras.
The fair will kick off with a Business-to-Business (B2B) session on August 15 at the Pulsar Hotel and Convention Center, bringing together 50 buyers and 53 sellers from hotels, airlines, tour operators, and tourism offices across Batanes, Cagayan, Isabela, Nueva Vizcaya, and Quirino. The goal is to develop new travel packages and partnerships.
From August 16 to 17, Business-to-Consumer (B2C) activities will be held at Robinsons Tuguegarao, offering discounted domestic tour packages, airline tickets, accommodations, and other travel products. Visitors can also enjoy cultural performances, games, and presentations from DOT regional offices and event sponsors.
“We are proud to bring the 15th Regional Travel Fair to Tuguegarao City, a place that naturally captivates with its breathtaking landscapes and deep-rooted traditions,” said TPB Chief Operating Officer Maria Margarita Montemayor Nograles.
Delegates will also join local tours of Tuguegarao’s landmarks such as the Cagayan Museum, St. Peter Metropolitan Cathedral, and the Horno Ruins, as well as natural wonders like Callao Cave and the Pinacanauan River.
