Residents of Barangay Suizo recently participated in a Community-Based Training facilitated by Trainer Dan Castillo from TCLASS, aimed at equipping participants with practical skills that could help them start their own livelihood.

For many, the training was more than just a learning sessionโ€”it was a step toward improving their quality of life. โ€œSumali kami sa ganitong gawain para magkaroon kami ng ideya kung gusto namin maghanapbuhay upang maitaas naman ang antas ng aming pamumuhay,โ€ shared participant Leonisa Calilung.

The program was made possible through the initiative of Mayor Susan Yap, in partnership with the Provincial Government of Tarlac led by Governor Christian Yap and Vice Governor Lita Aquino. These continuous livelihood and skills programs are part of the provinceโ€™s efforts to promote development and open doors to a more sustainable and prosperous future for every Tarlaqueรฑo.
