Pampanga Gov Nanay Pineda and Vice Governor Delta Pineda distributed mobile phones with unlimited calls, texts, and data, along with generator sets, to 21 coastal barangays in the province.
The initiative aims to make each barangay hall a charging hub and ensure constant communication with the Capitol during emergencies.
They were joined in the distribution by Board Members Fritzie David Dizon, Dr. Kaye Naguit, Vince Clara, and Mymy Gonzales, along with Chief of Staff Angelina Blanco and PDRRMO Chief Janica Yambao.
