The Shell Mekaniko League 2025 concluded with a historic grand finale at Le Pavillon, Pasay City, celebrating the country’s top motorcycle and car mechanics in the largest mechanic competition ever staged by Shell Pilipinas Corporation.

From over 2,000 participants across 26 provinces, two champions emerged: Charlie Sandoval of Caloocan City, who claimed the Shell Advance Masters 2025 National Champion title, and Mark Anthony Calimag of Quezon City, crowned as the Shell Helix Auto Mekaniko Champions 2025 National Champion. “What began in 2024 with a handful of regional runs has grown into a nationwide movement that celebrates the grit, craftsmanship, and livelihood of Filipino mekanikos,” said Jackie Famorca, Vice President and General Manager for Lubricants at Shell Pilipinas.

TESDA officials also praised the program for raising industry standards and equipping motorcycle and auto mechanics with certifications that enhance both livelihood and safety.

Beyond awarding champions, the Shell Mekaniko League underscores Shell’s mission to uplift Filipino mechanics through professional training, stronger industry recognition, and livelihood opportunities, supported by Shell Advance and Shell Helix engine oils.
