BCDA maintains ISO Certification for 12th straight year

The Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA) has once again secured its ISO 9001:2015 certification for the 12th consecutive year, reaffirming its commitment to quality management, good governance, and service excellence in transforming former military bases into engines of national growth.

Following a surveillance audit by TÜV Rheinland, BCDA maintained its certification covering the provision of conversion and development services, as well as real estate management and engineering of government land and assets. The audit confirmed that BCDA continues to operate an “effective system” that meets international standards for policy compliance and operational objectives.

“This achievement reflects BCDA’s unwavering commitment to uphold excellence, integrity, and accountability in fulfilling our mandate. Maintaining this certification demonstrates our dedication to the highest standards of governance and public service as we build smart, sustainable, and future-ready communities for Filipinos,” said BCDA President and CEO Engr. Joshua M. Bingcang.

He also commended the agency’s ISO internal auditors for their consistent diligence and guidance, ensuring that BCDA’s processes remain compliant and efficient.

First certified in 2014, BCDA’s ISO recognition underscores its strong internal systems and organizational discipline. As it prepares for recertification in 2026, the Authority continues to enhance its operations to deliver transformative projects and uphold transparency in all aspects of its work.
