CIAC retains ISO 9001:2015 Certification

The Clark International Airport Corporation (CIAC) has successfully retained its ISO 9001:2015 Certification after passing its external surveillance audit with zero non-conformities, reaffirming its commitment to quality service and operational excellence.

During the audit conducted by TÜV Rheinland Inc. on November 21, 2025, CIAC received eight positive observations and only three opportunities for improvement—an outcome that indicates the organization’s quality management system is functioning efficiently and in full compliance with international standards.

ISO 9001:2015 is one of the most globally recognized benchmarks for quality management, ensuring organizations deliver consistent, reliable, and customer-centered services.

CIAC President and CEO Jojit Alcazar praised the entire CIAC workforce for the achievement, saying the successful audit once again demonstrated the agency’s strict adherence to its Quality Management System and its commitment to providing high-quality services to stakeholders.

The assessment covered CIAC’s estate management and lease processing operations, confirming their compliance with legal and contractual requirements and validating the organization’s continued progress toward its strategic goals.

Auditors also highlighted several strengths within CIAC, including recent awards and recognitions, enhanced operational initiatives, active corporate social responsibility programs, and new lease and development agreements that underpin the company’s long-term growth.

As the Bases Conversion and Development Authority’s (BCDA) lead aviation and land development arm, CIAC remains focused on transforming the Clark aviation complex into the Clark Aviation Capital, envisioned as the Philippines’ leading global aviation and logistics hub.
