SEC launches unified Online Ticketing System with Real-Time Tracking

The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has made transacting with the agency faster and more convenient by launching an upgraded online ticketing system that covers all services and allows users to track their inquiries and complaints in real time.

On December 4, the SEC introduced iMessage, its web-based platform for managing public inquiries, complaints, incidents, and service requests. The system can be accessed at https://imessage.sec.gov.ph.

iMessage centralizes the submission of queries and complaints, providing a streamlined workflow for efficient assignment, monitoring, and resolution. Users can now track the status of their tickets in real time and contact the specific divisions or departments handling their requests directly.

“Streamlining our requirements and processes has been one of our top priorities as part of our commitment to improve the ease of doing business and enhance the quality of public services,” SEC Chairperson Francis Lim said.

He added, “iMessage allows the SEC to process requests, reports, and complaints in a more organized and efficient manner, ensuring timely service delivery while promoting transparency and accountability. At the same time, it enables the public to track the status of their transactions and ensures processing within prescribed timelines.”

To use iMessage, users must sign in with their eSECURE account under the Electronic SEC Universal Registration Environment. After logging in, users select the service they wish to avail of and complete the form.

The Tickets tab allows users to view all filed tickets and access the full history of their requests by clicking the ticket reference number. Users can also reply directly to the assigned department and attach relevant files.

iMessage is available for all services across SEC offices, including the headquarters in Makati City and extension offices in Baguio, Ilagan, Laoag, Tarlac, Lipa, Legazpi, Iloilo, Cebu, Bacolod, Tacloban, Zamboanga, Koronadal, Davao, Cagayan de Oro, and Butuan.
