The Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA) and its subsidiary, the Clark International Airport Corporation (CIAC), have signed a performance agreement to strengthen alignment, accountability, and shared purpose between the two agencies.
The agreement reinforces BCDA’s commitment to good governance in line with the GOCC Governance Act, setting clear performance targets, measurable outcomes, and regular performance reviews.
The signing was led by BCDA President and CEO Joshua M. Bingcang and CIAC President and CEO Jojit Alcazar. Also present were BCDA Executive Vice President and COO Atty. Gisela Z. Kalalo and CIAC Assistant Vice President for Legal Services Atty. Rustico D. Quizon III.
