Cebu Pacific announces the final phase of its transfer of turboprop operations from Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) Terminal 2 to Clark International Airport (CRK), in line with the July 29, 2025 resolution issued by the Department of Transportation’s Manila Slot Coordination Committee (MSCC).
Effective March 29, 2026, the following Cebgo (DG) flights will move to Clark:
Manila – Coron (Busuanga) – Manila

Meanwhile, AirSwift (T6) flights, a wholly owned subsidiary of Cebu Pacific, will also transfer to Clark:

Passengers affected by the transfer will automatically be rebooked on flights from Clark. Cebu Pacific is also offering options through the Manage Booking portal (cebupacificair.com/manage-booking ):
- Free Rebooking – Travel within 30 days of the original flight date without fare difference. Fare difference applies if beyond 30 days.
- Travel Fund – Store the amount in a virtual wallet to use for new flights or add-ons (baggage, seat selection, etc.)
- Refund – Full ticket refund
The MSCC, composed of the DOTr, MIAA, CAAP, CAB, and NAIA operator NNIC, first ordered the gradual phaseout of turboprop operations at NAIA in December 2024 to reduce congestion and improve air traffic flow. The original deadline was October 26, 2025, but the final transfer was extended to March 29, 2026.
Following the transfer, Cebu Pacific will increase flight frequencies to meet growing demand:
