Quality Management System Head Chrysalene Cunanan on February 9, 2022 presents the ISO certificate of recognition to Angeles City Mayor Carmelo ‘Pogi’ Lazatin Jr. 

The said ISO 9001:2015 certification is for the processing and issuance of business permits.  

Joining them are Business Permit and Licensing Division Head Evangeline Malonzo.

It can be recalled that in 2002, Former Angeles City Mayor and 1st District Rep. Carmelo ‘Tarzan’ Lazatin pioneered the full-computerization of revenue generating offices in the City Government and became the first ISO-Certified system outside Metro Manila.
