Pampanga First District Congressman Carmelo “Pogi” Lazatin Jr. welcomed earlier today Angeles City’s youth leaders as he heard their proposed projects focused on education and healthcare.










A total of 24 Sanggunian Kabataan (SK) chairpersons presented their initiatives, highlighting plans to establish e-libraries across communities and to conduct medical missions aimed at improving public health access.
The group was led by SK Federation Vice President Dennis Duya of Barangay Cutcut, who emphasized the importance of digital learning resources and grassroots health services for the city’s youth and underserved sectors.
Lazatin expressed openness to supporting the proposed city-wide programs, recognizing the role of young leaders in driving community development.
Also present during the meeting was Chief Political Affairs Officer Reina Manuel, who joined the discussions on how to further strengthen collaboration between the local government and the SK sector.
