The Barangay Council of Sto. Rosario, in line with the Department of the Interior and Local Government’s Safer Cities Initiative, conducted a curfew enforcement operation targeting minors found outside beyond the prescribed hours.

Led by Punong Barangay Renato “Rey” Cosme and Barangay Kagawad Carlito Tayag, chair of the Committee on Peace and Order, the operation was carried out with the assistance of Barangay Tanod members under the supervision of Ex-O Jaime Dela Cruz.

During the activity, several minors were “rescued,” given initial warnings, and personally escorted back to their respective homes.

The barangay also announced that its Barangay Police Action Team will continue to conduct regular foot patrols and monitoring to ensure the strict implementation of curfew and other community safety regulations.
