Park Inn by Radisson Clark is featuring the Kapampangan dish Biringi as part of its celebration of Filipino Food Month, offering guests a taste of local heritage through its breakfast buffet at HUES.
Known as a Kapampangan version of paella, Biringi is made with coconut milk, turmeric, and chicken, showcasing the region’s rich and distinct culinary tradition.

The offering is in line with “Pamangan: Pamana Qñg Dulang,” the kickoff event of Filipino Food Month 2026 led by the Clark Development Corporation, which highlights Kapampangan cuisine and culture.
The initiative aims to bring the Clark community together while promoting local food heritage throughout the month of April.
