The Masantol local government unit has issued an apology to residents following registration concerns during its recent “Libreng Tuli” activity.

In an official statement, the LGU clarified that while it provided the venue and necessary equipment for the program, the registration and listing of beneficiaries were handled by the CWL Masantol Chapter.

Despite the clarification, the LGU acknowledged the issues raised by participants and assured the public of its continued commitment to service.

To address the situation, officials announced that another round of the “Libreng Tuli” program will be conducted soon to accommodate more beneficiaries.
