The government’s push for accessible and quality housing was highlighted during the visit of President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. to the Palayan City Township, a key development under the Expanded Pambansang Pabahay para sa Pilipino (4PH) Program.
The project showcases a growing community designed to provide safe and affordable housing for Filipino families, reducing the need for temporary shelter or overcrowded living arrangements.

The township features integrated amenities such as a central park, playground, clubhouse, and sports facilities including basketball and tennis courts, as well as a swimming pool—creating spaces for recreation, wellness, and community interaction.
Part of a 12-hectare vertical housing development, the project aims to deliver more than 6,000 housing units for Filipino families.
Officials said the initiative goes beyond providing homes, as it seeks to promote healthier, more dignified, and sustainable living conditions for residents.
