Response and recovery efforts at the collapse site in Barangay Balibago remained in full swing on Day 15, beginning with a Unified Command Coordination Meeting that brought together concerned agencies to assess the latest developments and align operational priorities for the day.

During the morning meeting, officials discussed ongoing challenges, current progress, and the next steps needed to sustain an organized and effective response. The gathering reinforced inter-agency coordination and ensured that all teams remained aligned in carrying out their respective tasks at Ground Zero.
Following the coordination meeting, responders, heavy equipment operators, and partner agencies continued clearing and retrieval activities across the collapse site. Despite intermittent rains and difficult conditions, operations proceeded steadily under the Unified Command structure.
Authorities said the operation has settled into a coordinated rhythm, with ground personnel and heavy equipment working in sync to carefully clear debris, open access routes, and maintain the safety of all personnel on site.
While progress continues to be made, authorities emphasized that the operation is ongoing, with teams remaining focused on carrying out their mission safely, systematically, and efficiently.
