The Angeles City Government has made the application and renewal of Health IDs faster and more convenient through the newly enhanced Online Health ID Appointment System, following the directive of Mayor Carmelo “Jon” Lazatin II to improve public service delivery.

Through the online system, residents can now schedule their preferred date, time, and processing site before visiting either the Health ID Satellite Office at Nepo Mart or the Environmental Health Services – Main Office at the 3rd Floor of Angeles City Hall.

Applicants only need to complete the online booking, download and prepare the required forms and documents, and proceed to their scheduled appointment for verification and processing.

The city government said the improved system, along with the opening of the satellite office, has significantly reduced waiting time. From the previous three-day processing period, qualified applicants with complete requirements may now complete their Health ID processing within three to 30 minutes.

The modernization initiative aims to reduce long queues at the main office, bring services closer to residents, and provide a faster and more convenient experience for every Angeleño.
