Two women leaders from Converge ICT Solutions Inc. have been recognized with prestigious industry awards, highlighting the company’s commitment to empowering talent, promoting inclusivity, and driving business excellence.

Converge SME Group Vice President and Head of SME Marketing Angela Gutierrez received the Best Chief Marketing Officer Award from Philippines’ Women Leaders for spearheading initiatives that accelerated the company’s support for Filipino micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs). Under her leadership, Converge SME recorded a 21-percent increase in subscribers during the first half of 2026, reaching nearly 80,000 customers while expanding its market presence through high-impact campaigns and events.

Meanwhile, Rio Laine Bringuelo, Converge Engagement and Internal Communications Manager, was honored with the Human Resources Icon Award by Advantage Club for advancing employee engagement, mental health, and workplace inclusivity. She led the rollout of the company’s comprehensive mental health program, strengthened employee wellness initiatives, and championed diversity, equality, inclusivity, and belongingness (DEIB) through programs that promote gender inclusivity and employee well-being.
