Pampanga Gov. Lilia “Nanay” Pineda has been recognized as one of the country’s Top-Performing and Most Trusted Governors, ranking second in the national cluster in the RPMD Foundation’s “Boses ng Bayan” Index of Governance (IOG) – 1st Quarter 2026.

Pineda posted an 84.41% overall IOG rating, with an 84.28% trust rating and 84.55% performance rating.

The recognition highlighted her administration’s people-centered governance and efforts in healthcare, infrastructure, disaster response, and livelihood programs, supported by Vice Gov. Dennis “Delta” Pineda, the Sangguniang Panlalawigan, and the provincial government workforce.
