Globe powers up employees with AI

Globe is equipping its workforce with artificial intelligence (AI) tools and skills to boost productivity, accelerate innovation, and improve customer experiences as AI reshapes the future of work.

More than 80% of Globe employees now have access to AI productivity tools, while over 2,500 have completed AI learning programs. These efforts have resulted in the development of more than 30 AI-powered tools and bots supporting procurement, quality assurance, customer engagement, data analytics, and network operations.

Globe said 84% of employees reported increased productivity, saving an average of three to four hours per week through AI-powered workflows. The company also cited business gains from AI, including improved customer engagement, reduced manual effort, and faster network fault detection and service restoration.

Globe Chief Human Resource Officer Renato “Ato” Jiao said the company views AI as an enabler of human potential, emphasizing the importance of giving employees the tools, skills, and confidence to thrive in an AI-enabled workplace.

Through continuous learning, hands-on training, and responsible AI adoption, Globe aims to build a future-ready workforce capable of using technology alongside human expertise to create greater value for customers and the business.
