Police Regional Office 3 (PRO3) Regional Director PBGEN Jess B. Mendez personally inspected Camp Captain Julian Olivas on Tuesday morning as floodwaters continued to affect portions of the regional headquarters.

Mendez checked the flooded areas and the condition of personnel reporting for duty, while ensuring that police operations remain uninterrupted despite the situation.

The PRO3 chief also continued to monitor conditions within the camp and ensure that personnel and resources remain on standby for immediate deployment and assistance wherever needed.
