SM City San Fernando Downtown brings flood relief

SM City San Fernando Downtown has extended assistance to flood-affected communities in Pampanga through its Operation Tulong Express (OPTE), providing essential relief amid weeks of heavy rainfall and flooding.

In partnership with SM Markets and the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Pampanga, the mall distributed 300 Kalinga Packs containing food and other essential items to affected residents of Barangay Santo Niño (Sapa) and Santo Tomas.

The relief distribution was coordinated with the DSWD to ensure that assistance reached families in need in a timely manner.

SM City San Fernando Downtown said it remains committed to supporting communities affected by the combined impact of Tropical Cyclones Luis, Maymay, and Neneng and the southwest monsoon (Habagat), working with partners and local stakeholders to help families recover.
