The Angeles City Anti-Drug Abuse Council (ACADAC) continues to implement its free drug testing program as part of the city government’s intensified campaign to promote a safer community.
Under the leadership of Angeles City Mayor Carmelo “Jon” Lazatin II, the initiative aims to enhance public safety through regular monitoring and the responsible enforcement of safety measures, particularly within the public transportation sector.

The ongoing free drug testing program helps ensure that transport operators are fit to perform their duties and provide safe and reliable services to commuters.
The initiative forms part of the city’s broader efforts to maintain discipline, accountability, and safety among stakeholders in the transport sector while strengthening anti-drug abuse advocacy.
Through programs such as these, the Angeles City government continues to promote a safer and more secure environment for all Angeleños.
