A total of 1,249 residents of Candaba received financial assistance from the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) and the Pampanga Provincial Government on Thursday, June 25.

Each beneficiary received P3,000 in cash assistance from the DSWD, while the provincial government distributed food packs and medicines to families in need.

Governor Lilia “Nanay” Pineda personally visited the beneficiaries to check on their condition and ensure that government assistance reached those who needed it most.

Gov Nanay reiterates the provincial government’s commitment to securing funds and implementing programs that will continue to assist Kapampangans amid the country’s ongoing challenges.
