Hot meals were delivered to families in a heavily flooded community in Pampanga, including households still surrounded by floodwaters, as relief efforts continued for residents affected by the prolonged flooding.

Angat Pampanga, part of the Angat Bayanihan Volunteer Network, distributed ready-to-eat meals prepared by partner kitchens under Kusina ng Pag-asa.

The initiative aims to provide timely food assistance to families who continue to face the effects of the flooding, while ensuring that meals reach communities that remain difficult to access.

Kusina ng Pag-asa is a multi-stakeholder initiative of Angat Buhay that strengthens community-based food response systems. It is supported by ASA Philippines Foundation and implemented in partnership with the Maginhawa Food Community, mobilizing restaurants, community kitchens, and food-sector partners during emergencies.

The continuing response underscores the importance of community cooperation in bringing food and other essential assistance to families still coping with the disaster.
