The Angeles City Government, under the leadership of Mayor Carmelo “Pogi” Lazatin, Jr., proudly launched “Malagû”, a visual art exhibit in celebration of National Women’s Month.

Organized by the Angeles City Tourism Office in partnership with the Gender and Development Office, PAMITIPUN king Panyúlung ning Kalalangan at Ámánang Kabiasnan Kapampángan (Artist Collective), and SM City Clark, the exhibit showcases the artistry and creativity of local talents.

Curated by Norman Tiotuico, the exhibit highlights the works of renowned Kapampangan artists, emphasizing the role of art in empowering women.

Present during the opening ceremony were Vice Mayor Ma. Vicenta Vega-Cabigting, Councilor JC Aguas, Councilor Mitch Bonifacio, OIC-Gender and Development Office Mina Cabiles, OIC-Angeles City Tourism Office Anneleen Antonio-Sugui, SM City Clark Assistant Mall Manager Grace Gavino, and curator Norman Tiotuico.

The exhibit features works from various artists, including Ailyn A. Gonzales, May Ann Reyes, Ramil Tumampos, Arnel David Garcia, Donna S. Camaya, Marinel Tungol, Dan Viray, Edu Perreras, and more.

The public is invited to experience the power of art in celebrating and uplifting women from March 1 to 23, 2025, at The Event Centre, SM City Clark.
