The local government turned over a ₱1-million cash subsidy to Kuliat Foundation Inc. (KFI) for the daily operations and long-term maintenance of Museo Ning Angeles on March 20, 2025.

Mayor Carmelo “Pogi” Lazatin Jr., alongside Secretary to the Mayor Rafael Lazatin Angeles and City College of Angeles President Dr. Frankie Villanueva, led the ceremonial turnover of the financial assistance.

Kuliat Foundation Inc., a non-stock, non-profit organization, has been managing the Museo Ning Angeles, ensuring the preservation of the city’s rich history and cultural heritage. Mayor Lazatin expressed his gratitude to KFI, recognizing its efforts in safeguarding Angeles City’s cultural legacy.

“We are committed to further enriching, protecting, and showcasing our Kapampangan culture so that future generations can appreciate and value our heritage,” Lazatin said.

In addition, Mayor Lazatin handed over a separate financial assistance of ₱10,000 to support KFI’s 2nd Lenten Exhibit.

Present during the turnover were KFI President Lincoln Baluyut, Adviser Carmen McTavish, Secretary Jing Torno, Treasurer Cecile Lazatin, and members of the Board of Trustees – Jonathan Tiglao, Elsa Mirasol, Jericho De Guzman, Rhoda Salazar, and Tito Lazatin Angeles.
