Bataan has made history as the first province in the Philippines to conduct hands-on training for the Barangay Information Management System (BIMS).

Governor Joet Garcia said the week-long training, held from February 10 to 14, aims to equip representatives from 237 barangays with the skills needed to efficiently use the BIMS digital platform.
