Mutya Ning Kapampangan 2023 First Runner-Up and Mutya Ning Angeles 2022 Grand Winner Joanne Marie Thornley paid a courtesy visit to Angeles City Mayor Carmelo “Pogi” Lazatin Jr. ahead of her upcoming participation in Binibining Pilipinas 2025.
Thornley, who will represent Pampanga in the national pageant set on June 15, 2025, received the full support of Mayor Lazatin, who encouraged Angeleños to rally behind her bid.
“We are proud of Joanne and wish her the very best as she carries the name of Pampanga on the national stage,” Lazatin said.
Joining Mayor Lazatin in welcoming Thornley were Executive Assistant IV Reina Manuel and City Tourism Officer Anneleen Antonio-Sugui.
